📄 Project Abstract
The purpose of this project is to produce a system to aid in learning about the Shifting Bottleneck scheduling algorithm as a solution to the Job Shop optimisation problem. The report presents the research conducted in order to gain understanding of the problem, from both of the dual aspects of scheduling and visualisation. The course of the project from start to end is documented within, including details of its planning, design and implementation. The deliverables of the project and the project as a whole are critically evaluated and conclusions drawn as to the success of the project in meeting its aims, and how further work could enhance the final product. The report is appendaged by a short section reflecting personally on the entire project experience
