User engagement through online presence for a Charity (Works)

📄 Project Abstract

The mission of this project is important and relevant to my future work. It has been completed with the aim of helping a local Leeds charity, struggling with expansion, up keeping and updating of their website. The Works Skatepark Charity is based within walking distance of Leeds city centre, its business consists of three major sections: The Skatepark, The Charity and the café. The Works have expressed concerns about their current website popularity, its very dated design, and its lacks of vital information about their current business sectors. The Works Charity has recently moved into academic businesses, working with local schools, and want to address this on their website. The Skatepark also struggles to keep their customers engaged and would like to include features such as events list to keep customers informed, and to apply a level of interaction to their website.
