TRAFFIC CONTROL AND SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION ANALYSIS AND DESIGN USING MICRO-ANALYTICAL SOFTWARE IN FHA LUGBE, ABUJA

📄 Project Abstract

This is a research work titled "Traffic control and Signalized Intersection Analysis and Design using micro-analytical software in FHA Lugbe, Abuja" with the idea of providing improved facilities along the intersection in the principal case study area for vehicles and pedestrians with the purpose of decreasing traffic delay and accidents as well as the performances of the infrastructure in the terms of cost and time targets. To achieve these, the research began with a general introduction under chapter one which described the background of the project, problem statement, aims and objectives of the project, significance of the research, scope and limitations and thesis structure. Chapter two, consists of an introduction that described the nature of the chapter and literature reviews of different concepts and ideas that have been used to achieve some goals of the project.
