Organisation becomes what they are largely because of their leaders. This explains why in any organisation, there are usually individuals responsible for organizing in directing the affairs and activities of such organisation. These individuals are usually people who have the ability to lead the other people in an organisation. They are people who have the managerial ability to influence employees under them (subordinates) to work towards the realization of the goals and objectives of the organisation in order to move the organisation forwards.
