The concept of Total Quality Management is becoming well known and benefits of a successful Total Quality process have been demonstrated by many well known organizations. A fundamental basis of Total Quality Management is a culture of continuous improvement and it is an endless process whose aims is to improve productivity and services continuously. The study examines "The impact of Total Quality Management on motivation and performance". The research examined Total Quality Management as adopted by Nigeria Customs service and indeed other organizations, success achieved and problems encountered in the process of implementing Total Quality Management on motivation, and performance in N.C.S was reviewed..
