📄 Project Abstract
This study was carried out to find out the extent to which staff evaluation could be used as a veritable tool in improving the performance and productivity of public organization workers with Enugu State Civil Service Commission as the case study. The research was guided by four hypotheses which were drawn from the statement of problem and the objective of study. Related literatures were reviewed in the study. The data were sourced from both the primary and secondary sources available. The questionnaire was the only source of primary data collection. The questionnaire was drawn from the research objectives. Simple statistical methods such as table, frequencies and percentage were used to analyze the data while chi-square (X2) was used to test the hypotheses formulated.
