This study is concerned with the awareness and importance of blood transfusion in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. The study look into the how fare the people residing in the community with the Local Government are aware of Blood transfusion and how importance it is to them. In the findings of the study it was notice that the people int the community are less aware of blood transfusion and the importance of it in the saving of live. From the finding made, it was observe that blood transfusion is very important because it aid the saving of live. It was also discovered that blood transfusion. So blood transfusion is very important and cannot be done with because of the vitality of it or the important role which it place most especially for the saving of live.
