TEACHERS LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION IN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION MAKING IN SECONDARY SCHOOL IN ANAMBRA STATE

📄 Project Abstract

This study was on teachers' level of participation in administrative decision making in secondary schools in Anamba state. Attention was devoted to the reasons for inability of teachers participation, level of their particfiaption areas they wish to participate activity and their level of satisfaction. To address the problem of the study, four research questions and two null hypotheses were formulated. The survey research design was employed. Questionnaire was considered forty-one (41) items was used. The target population for the study consisted all the teachers in the forty-nine senior secondary schools in Awka education zone. A total number of 200 teachers were selected by simple random sampling using the variable of sex and location. The data obtained were statistically analyzed for each criterion for the elvel of teachers participation using mean and rand mean.
