This research work is an analysis of Staff Motivation and Discipline in Hospitals, with particular reference to the Seventh Day Adventist Hospital, Aba. This research work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introductory part of the work, which includes the statement of the problems of the study, objectives, significance, scope and Limitations of the study. The second chapter examines literatures relating to Staff Motivation and Discipline and adopts the incentive theory of motivation as its framework of analysis. The chapter also covers the methods of data collection and analysis. The third chapter is a compendium of information on the Seventh Day Adventist (GCSDA) while the fourth chapter captures the analysis, presentation of data and the research findings.
