This study "Resolving Employee-Employer conflicts in private sector: The challenges, strategies and prospect A study of First Bank PLC" it deals with investigating causes, challenges and prospect of Employer-Employee conflicts in the organization as well as strategies of conflict resolution in the bank. The survey research method was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected from selected staff of the bank using questionnaire and Secondary data were collected from published works. Data were presented in tables as frequency distribution and analysed with percentage and frequency. Most of the major findings of the study were as follows; It shows that there is significant relationship between employee-employer conflicts and harm to the survival of the First Bank Plc. The relationship between the two variables is moderate and significant. It implies that employee-employer conflicts are not a major cause of harm to the survival of the First Bank Plc.
