OPTIMIZING MANPOWER UTILIZATION THROUGH PERSONNEL MOTIVATION IN STATE SECONDARY EDUCATION BOARD - EBONYI STATE
📄 Project Abstract
Motivation is one of the issues of concern in Human Resources Management. This problem has occupied the attention of many Human Resources Managers due to low level of manpower utilization in our public sector. This work is motivated by the desire to inquire into how manpower utilization can be optimized (increased) using motivation of personnel as a tool, and to identify those motivational strategies that can satisfy employees and increase their level of job performance, with particular attention Ebonyi State Secondary Education Board. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The Supervisor and two other experts carried out the face and content validations. Four hypotheses as was reflected in the four research questions guided the study. Frequencies, percentages and Chi-Square method were used in the analysis.
