📄 Project Abstract

The essence of patient management is obtaining the right information about patient, in the right place, in the right order, at the right time for the right person. In order for this to be accomplished, a good efficient and effective patient management system is required. Considering this, a careful analysis of the patient management process that is been implemented by the National Hospital Abuja was conducted. The results revealed that the process or system currently implemented is inefficient.
