All over the world, the successor of any organization depends on the relationship between the management and the labour force. However, some employers of labour often provide a negative working environment and also show hostility towards workers coming to form unions. Since man is a social animal, he tends to spend part of his time at work or play in association with his fellow human beings. These association are reflected in a free market situation where workers often come together to seek control over their jobs, their condition of employment and their day today work practices, workers inevitably come into conflict with aims and interest of employers. In a capitalist set up like Nigeria, there has been exploitation of workers by employers for quite some time. This has necessitated the declaring of trade dispute by various workers union.
