📄 Project Abstract

Globally, all companies are realizing the significance of delivering and managing service quality, which leads to customer satisfaction. Service quality that is delivered can meet or exceed customers' expectations and are mainly influenced by customer's prior expectations. Creating customer satisfaction and repeat patronage. This study assesses the contribution of e-commerce in improving customer satisfaction in Nigeria. The study adopted simple mixed method of research to code questionnaires, qualitative data into quantitative data using Five- Point-Likert scale based on the modified ACSI model from a sample size of 169 respondents from the Jumia and Konga customers' population in the northern region of Nigeria. The data was analysed using SPSS (version 26) and Microsoft Excel and presented in frequency tables while hypotheses were tested using regression model.
