Oil palm production has various enterprises that require activities of an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a person who starts, organize and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk; running a small business with all the risk and reward of any given business process (Zhang, 2015). Entrepreneurs also act as managers and oversee the launch and growth of an enterprise.
