Memos were sent manually within the university, the Electronic Memo System evolved from manual information transfer and including digital signatures of users. The goal of this project is to develop an electronic memo system that automates the transmission and receipt of information among members of an institution's staff. Additionally, to facilitate and accelerate office communication within the university. To achieve this goal, it was essential to analyze the hierarchical transfer of information within the university. ASP. Net and Microsoft Visual Studio were used to create an online interface for transmitting and receiving memos, and Ms SQL server had been used to create a database for storing sent or received memos. The electronic memo created was able to improve office communication by sending and receiving memos in a fraction of a second, and it also has the capability of storing transferred or received memos.
