The aim of this research work is to identify the major factors militating against Anambra State Water Corporation from achieving its objective of providing adequate water supply to the generality of Anambrarians. As well as to find out if there is any significant relationship between performance appraisal and efficient / effective service delivery in Anambra State Water Corporation. To uncover the trend of events in the scene, a review of related literature was carried out, to enable us make this work a continuation of other writers work for better understanding. As a method of gathering data, a structured and close-ended questionnaire was designed, validated and administered to respondents and was later retrieved and used for this research.
