Education is one of the most important factors that distinguish human beings from animals, since it is one of the principal outcomes of human beings' rationality. Okafor (2006), defined education to include all the experiences of the individual through which knowledge is acquired, the intellect enlightened and the will strengthened to choose and do the good. Consequently, education fosters the worth of the individual, trains his character and engenders his development. (National Policy on Education,2004). Through education also, the individual is appropriately prepared and suitably equipped for living in the community.
