This study is on Developing Effective Communication in the Management of Nigerian Public Organization: Case Study of NEPA, Abia State. The major objective is to examine the existing direction of communication flow in NEPA and in addition, to make recommendations that if adopted will help develop effective communication in the organization To achieve this aim, three tentative hypotheses were formulated. They sought to determine whether or not poor communication affects effectively, productivity and the effective relationship between the organization and members of the public. After a thorough research with the use of questionnaires and interview, the three hypotheses were accepted.
