In today's world where ICT is fast-growing, the demands of customers and the strain on doctors especially with the unfortunate pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, it is important we have systems in place to assist the doctors as developing nations are confronted with a lot of issues. As a doctor, your first priority is caring for your patient and the build-up of everyday tasks like paperwork, scheduling and billing can get in the way of that or lead to a little bit of frustration. This project centres around fostering a framework that can help both patients and doctors communicate to one another via their mobile phones. The main goal of this project was to design and develop a doctor patient tracker that would reduce the need for physical interactions between the doctor and the patient thereby reducing the spread of the corona virus and other infections alike while avoiding anything that will reduce the quality of the patient care.
