Credit Management In The Banking Industry A Case Study Of United Bank For Africa (Uba)

📄 Project Abstract

This project examined the structure of credit management in the banking industry with special reference to the United Bank for Africa - UBA located on the Hospital Road, Kaduna - often called Kaduna North Branch. The purposes of the study are to investigate various credit facilities offered by the bank to customers; to assess the efficiency of its credit management policies and to determine the extent of the effects of the policies on the organisational productivity. The primary and secondary sources of data collection were used. The primary data was obtained through the instument of questionnaire administered on the bank, to obtain data analysed in chapter IV while the many related literature were consulted to write up chapter II which formed the theoretical framework of the study.
