📄 Project Abstract

The topic researched on was Classroom Teachers' Participation in Decision-making in Secondary School Administration in Obollo-Afor Education Zone of Enugu State. A - 42 item statements were developed by researcher and administered to 264 respondents in Obollo-Afor Education Zone of Enugu State. Mean and standard deviation were used to answer the four research questions whereas the t-test statistic was used to test the two hypotheses formulated for the study at 0.05 level of probability. It was the opinions of the respondents that the classroom teacher possesses skills that enable them to participate in decision-making in schools. Such skills as differentiating types of decisions, possession of innate qualities to make decisions, the ability to figure out the consequences of decisions taken in school etc were all found to be in them.
