📄 Project Abstract

Security is a huge factor in the design of e-banking applications and systems. The current means of authentication which involve the use of some form of username and password Unique Identification Number (PIN) or a Personal Identification Number tends to high vulnerability and attacks. Hence, the focus of this study was to design an enhanced ATM using a multimodal biometrics system. In order to achieve its aim and objectives, an extensive study was done to identify current frameworks developed to improve the security of ATMs. This project work was built and implemented on WAMP. The improved framework for electronic banking system created helped to provide a more secure to authenticate users. The framework provided a more efficient way to carry out banking operations.
