A number of factors are usually considered when deciding which job incentives to adopt on employee performance and in view of the fact that job incentives takes a significant portion on employee performance appraisal and requires a lot of management innovation and interprenu airship skills the manner in which the system is adopted posee a significant challenge to the management to identifies the most viable appraisal system to adopt. In analyzing job effective on employee performance an most established it objectives to identified the incentives for motivating employee and to triangulate the relationship that exist between motivation and employee performance.
