A Computational Model of Wound Healing
📄 Project Abstract
This project examines the process of wound healing in the proliferative stage and the e_x000B_ects of factors on that process, such as growth factors and oxygen concentration. The biological process is studied along with computational techniques used to simulate it. A computational model is proposed and then implemented. This is then evaluated against observations of the biological process and by studying other similar models.
