A total of 60 copies of questionnaire were administered by the researcher, out of which 56 copies were correctly filled and returned and used for the study. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from library staff. Frequency and mean were used to analyze data from questionnaire. Major findings reveal that there is availability of collection development practices in the federal universities in Enugu and Anambra states. The major methods of acquisition and evaluation of digital library resources included subscribing to electronic journals and e-books, use of good internet facilities, formulation of adequate digital collection development policy, compiling statistics on holding, use and expenditures, hardware and software requirements, relevance of information.
